Main Scope of Work Included:
- Securing and repairing loose wooden members at the bottom of the station building.
- Removal of damaged window and coordination with a heritage specialist for repair and reinstallation.
- Temporary sealing of window openings until heritage window restoration was completed.
- Surface preparation, including removal of loose and deteriorated paint using hand tools to avoid damage to wood surfaces.
- Sanding and preparation of wood siding, boards, and trim to achieve a smooth finish.
- Repainting of the entire building exterior, including siding, boards, window frames, doors, frames, and decorative millwork.
- Colour matching to existing heritage building finishes.
- Staging, access equipment, and public protection implemented during exterior restoration work.
